Absa making me to beg for son's money.

I am so disappointed with Absa trust fund service, last year in mid-December, I've made claim of pc for my son as he will be studying CAT this year but to date there's no reply or payment. Last week I've made another claim for school uniform and stationary, I'm told that the claim will take 7-10 days, imagine your child going to school in small uniform and without stationery while waiting for 10 days. Absa is making us to beg for our kids money and it's not fair at all because if my husband was alive my son will not suffer like this. I'm not happy at all.
