ABSA MAKHADO CROSSING HORRIBLE,, BRANCH MANAGER WORSE

I want to the Branch on the 28th June 2024 to claim a funeral policy for my Mother who recently passed on. I had all required documents on hand and i was told to bring proof of residence different from Absa as they cannot use the same one as Absa whereas i am Banking with them for years and my salary goes to the same bank and also i used to be Absa's employee. After i complained i was called to go back to the same branch where i had to drive for more than 100km. I didnt go because i am preparing for the burial of my parent. The Brand Manager is very rude.
