ABSA makes it impossible to Settle Personal loans

Absa bank are very quick to allow you an personal loan but when you have worked hard to be able to pay it off sooner than the agreed date effectively beating the interest they make it impossible, There is no online option to settle a personal loan nor any info on how to do it, if I try call I get sent from one department to the next, no one can give me a settlement letter, I want to pay you money and you make it impossible seriously Absa it is unacceptable as it seems if you aren't scoring you wont help. Sort this out ASAP. Contact me with a settlement amount or I will seek alternative counsel.
