Absa makes it impossible to do business with them

Im trying to get vehicle finance for my company and have phoned absa regarding this, the consultant gave me commercials number as they deal with company finance. <br> Phoned them and the consultant gave me a number that I need to phone for my region.<br> This regional number is always engaged.<br> Phoned my private business banker and he is on a course for a week.<br> <br> Can it be so difficult to give absa business?
