Absa makes idle promises and doesnt stick to them

I have a good relationship with Shameem at Watercrest Mall in Durban but i must ssay now i am very annoyed as she **** to me - she told me that when i took out a personal loan i had to take life insurance on application but she distinctly told me that "i could cancel it at any time ' she told me this many times. Now i have cancelled they tell me i cannot cancel as they want another policy in place - i already has someone as power of attorney on my behalf who will handle all my assetts etc so i want this cancelled as per her promise. You do not tell someone that you can do something and then find out that she has **** you cancel that policy with immediate effect as per her promise
