ABSA makes false promises
We bought a car through ABSA finance 6 months ago. Life happened and we needed to purchase a cheaper car with cheaper monthly payments.
My husband phoned ABSA and discussed the situation whereby they PROMISED that they will assist with cheaper finance if we sell our car.
We went through a great ordeal to get a car just to be declined by ABSA finance. We would have paid less per month but we do not qualify for cheaper finance????? How the heck do you explain this. In fact this would have helped us.
So ABSA is messed up this deal with us.
Will never recommend anyone using them
