ABSA MAGALIESKRUIN

I had accounts with ABSA since 1982. On one of my business accounts WGM Property Developments Ms Esme Pienaar requested certain FICA information to be supp**** to ABSA. I explained to her that I had 4 operations and was more in hospital than out. On 21 August 2015 I received a very threatening E-mail from her that if the relevant docs ware not received by end of that day, the account will be restricted. That indeed happened. On 28 August 2015 I tried to reach her without success. I spoke to Mr Grant Ferreira from the same office (explaining the problem, amongst other the problem of reaching my partner - also to sign docs - he was unreachable due to the fact he was on a farm in Musina without any cell reception) who promised to extend the restriction for 10 days. Ms Elzette Grobler was also involved in the process. This extension was never done. On 04 Sptember I tried to reach Mr Ferreira without success - then spoke to Ms Elzette Grobler who was very arrogant and unhelpful. The also stated that Mr Ferreira did let me know on 28 August 2015 of the non-restriction - an absolute lie. Their manager Mr Kobus Geringer is now trying to sort out the problem - we'l now see what happens.
