Absa Mafia

Again ABSA mafia at work. After a huge struggle to settle my 84 year old mother’s debt after credit was granted without attention being given to her risk profile, I came to a settlement agreement with the mafia. Even after the agreement was paid, my mother’s account is still locked and I have to call and beg that her pension be released. All of the above I predicted in my previous complaint. I am so greatfull that I do not bank with Absa.

previous communication predicted the bad service I would continue to receive from Absa.An 84 year old having to beg for her pension to be released. All I can say is despicable!
