Absa maak soos hulle wil!
My Moeder het belegging by absa Prieska gemaak, belegging het verval, sy het geen kennis gekry dat haar belegging verval het nie, absa herbele toe die fondse teen helfte van die koers. Sy vra toe dat hulle haar fondse los maak dat sy na ander bank gaan want absa se bestuurder, Reuben Malgas wou haar nie verder help. Hulle slaan haar toe met n boete van R115000. Dit is haar fondse, sy het geen toestemming verleen dat hulle kan maak soos hulle goed dink nie, toe word sy so hanteer, dis onaanvaarbaar. Sy soek haar geld terug, sy lewe van n klein pensioen...

Die groot ding is, my Moeder het geen kennis gewing, sms of oproep ontvang nie, daar is stappe geneem sonder haar medewete. Sy het die fondse nodig, kan sy die boete terug kry, kan daar na die verlore rente gekyk word?
