Absa-lutely useless...

It's been well over a week since I uploaded the necessary documents onto the app in order to change my residential address on my statement and my name on the banking app which is spelt incorrectly. Nothing has been updated. I have also sent 3 emails to *** and have not had a reply. How does one get any assistance?
