ABSA-lutely!
Recent issues with online banking have caused me having to make trips to the Absa Bank branch. This bank’s emergency telephone services may not be up to scratch, but their branch consultants are perfection. On both occasions I was assisted by a consultant named Bonita – she is not only kind, considerate, and capable, but she also goes out of her way to make a client feel comfortable and assured about what is being done. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and openheartedness. Absa, this is an ABSA-lute STAR employee!
