ABSA - love to take your money - no refunds

<p>Me and my wife have been with absa( not even worth being in capital letters) since they were still Trustbank. My wife was retrenched and she could not find work for 12 months, but all our accounts was still being paid by hook or by *****. She found a new job and after 10 months she was retrenched AGAIN. At this point in time we went to absa to see where they could be of assistance and being lenient towards us as long time loyal clients. This is now where everything went south and absa said that they could not be of any assistance because she was only working for 10 months. This now unfortunately left me no other choice but to go under debt review. Even thou we have been clients of absa for 1000th of years they simply could not care less. Where ever I go I would advise people not to go with absa. Now that I have been under debt review for a couple of years absa is still as stubborn as horse Manure. I paid of one of my last outstanding accounts in 2015 - much sooner than was agreed upon and I am still struggling with the assistance of my debt counsellors to try and find out where all the money went to that was paid until march 2017. They as absa would not even entertain my debt counsellors request after request.. My feeling is that absa is taking my money and not being helpful at all. Not towards me or towards my debt counsellors.</p>
