ABSA LOTTO WINNING NUMBERS NOT HIGHLIGHTS OR PAID OUT ON ALL TICKETS
good day
i have been purchasing tickets on the banking app, only recently did I notice the app is not highlighting the Powerball number and therefore I am not getting paid out! ive checked 3 tickets thus far each between R25-R50 due to me which im not paid out for. I called the call centre they said its the first time they hearing of this dont knw how to help and will have to check and call me back! Pathetic service held on for 30 mins before they decided could not help. I want what due to me how many more tickets have they ****** me of???
