ABSA lost title deeds
We are going through the process of selling a property. This property had a bond on it with ABSA, so the title deeds were kept by the bank. After weeks of delaying the transfer process ABSA have now declared that they have lost the title deeds. No apology no compensation for their incompetence. Think twice before using ABSA to finance your property!
