Absa lost my vehicle papers

I requested my vehicle papers more than 2 months ago and paid for the duplicate papers, I have sent them all the documents they requested and I had an absa account for the vehicle and made all the payments to absa, just so they can let me know that the title holder of the vehicle is MFC, I never had an mfc account ever for this vehicle, and now nobody seems to have the papers for the vehicle not absa nor mfc according to the licence department it is on mfc name. So who is responsible for the *****, absa for taking money for a vehicle that is registered to mfc? mfc for changing the title holder to them without anybodies knowledge or consent? please help because it seems everybody at absa and mfc is incompatant and no one can help me. Please think careful before doing business with absa or mfc , I will definitely never do business with either of them ever again.
