ABSA Lost my money

On October 11, 2022 I sent an International Wire to a client of ABSA, and the funds went missing (ZAR 100,000.00) - ABSA failed to respond to enquiries from myself and my banks on recieving the funds, despite the fact that ABSA had been given all the necessary refernce numbers.
