Absa locked my digital services

My digital services have been blocked due to unpaid fees now they're saying my account is under investigation whats that ??I was transacting on it yesterday but today its not working!! I tried reaching them on the ***** line but they couldn't help me ,they're saying I should wait for the investigator to call me this is the most horrible bank I've ever banked with so far
