Absa locked my account.
I'm tired of this back and forth with Absa. They blocked my account for no apparent reason. After numerous attempts to resolve this, not one updares me. Marvin, the investigator from their ***** department waits for me to call before he can attend to my case. My account has been blocked since 05.08.2023. I have submitted all the documents they requested. I have been inconvenienced and continue to be. I will be receiving my salary soon from this account, and it will still not be able to access the funds to pay my monthly bills. I am leaving this bank.
