Absa loans please help

Hi there I did an online personal loan application on Friday, expecting an answer by Wednesday of yes or no as I know it's 48-72 hours. I got an sms Sunday to contact my point of application to finalize loan. I called the Monday heard my documents are at the fica department. Tuesday I received a sms again asking for my documents to be submitted to credit & a consultant will follow up soon. Wednesday I get another sms asking for documents so I called to find what is happening. Now to be told my application is incomplete?? I can try online application again which is not allowing me to proceed or go to a branch. Please note I cannot get to my phone on time with calls as I am at home due to a foot injury & on brace & crutches so I cannot go to a branch anytime soon. Could someone please sort this out. I have sent documents 4 times I don't know how my application can be incomplete if it was provisionally approved then point of application then fica then credit. I should have gotten an answer by now for a yay or nay please. I need to sort out a medical bill that's why I app**** for a loan.
