Absa loans not immediately available as advertised.

Not the first time I had problems with Absa. Had several instances before where cashsends that I sent almost immediately shows as being withdrawn. Thousands of rands lost that way. But last straw was that I app**** for a loan from them last week friday through the app. Firstly with app falling over all the time the application process took me 2 hours. I was the same day after I sent through documentation told loan has been approved and that I will be called by absa to finalise loan application. No phone call from absa. I phoned help desk multiple times, have been asked 2 more times to send payslips but still no payout if the loan and still no callback from Absa. Should have expected such bad service from them since previously when I logged complaints of them *****ing money that I sent via cashsend they just laughed it off. Been with United bank since 1986, way before the merger into Absa entity but at this stage I am at point that I want to move every account and loan I have away from Absa. And at the point that I am going to recommend to my whole family to do the same.
