ABSA LOANS NO JOY

Purchased a house through Remax with Absa being the bond holder. Transfer of the property went through on 20 December 2019 but I only received my keys on 3 January 2020 as there was problems with the previous tenants. It has been a struggle to get my main entrance door and bedroom replaced and the geyser installed. They brought a door for the bedroom but this is damaged. The contractors brought 2 doors but this was just left there without keys. I bought the equipment for the geyser with the plumbing contract and was promised my funds would be reimbursed. I have been dealing with the estate agent, previous and the contractors to no avail. It's already a month and still no joy. Am I supposed to pay for a house that's uninhabitable...? Who takes responsibility?...
