absa loans account

i had a absa loan taken in February 2014 which was a 5 year term loan been paid by dr order for the last 5 years of my life without fail absa has been deducting money from my account now that the loan is paid up i have been struggling to get them to close the account for the past two months i have been back and forth at Maponya mall branch trying to get the account closed today i receive an sms that says my account is handed over no collection calls no sms nothing not even a default on payment i have paid this loan up. i need the listing removed and a paid up letter . i need this sorted asap
