Absa loans

it's sad to say I have been with Absa for years & now get bad experience now where you cannot get help if you don't leave work to sit & wait for them or load airtime to sit on hold to get help. I don't understand how a loan can be paid but you still get deducted R79 for a balance of R2.49 for 2 months.
