Absa Loan wrong amount captured on ITC,

I have a personal loan with absa, which i have asked for re structure as it was on Arreas, now my new istallment is 2022, They still updating wrong amount which is 3133, which i dont know where is the amount coming from, and when i call the call centre they refer me to pillar to post and Agents tells you wrong information that absa does not submitt their clients info to ITC, this is ruining my ITC affordabilioty again, hence i have app**** for restructure to make sure i pay
