ABSA LOAN TERRIBLY HANDLED

I have an ABSA personal loan where it was agreed that they would deduct the installment every month on the 28th. They failed to do so and have now deducted THREE months' worth of loan at once - putting my in serious financial trouble.<br> <br> I tried to contact them about it and expressed urgency and have still heard nothing. <br> <br> I cannot believe that a BANK can stuff up BANKING so much.
