Absa loan Settled & account is not updated with the credit bureau.

I paid up a loan account i had with ABSA over 7months ago and it is still not reflecting at the credit bureau. Instead, i've been taken from pillar to post and the issue is not yet resolved. This is affecting my score negatively and no one is taking the time to update the status. Please can someone help me. I need to buy a house and my score is still below average. Very disappointing!!!
