Absa loan paid up but still records indicate it's still unpaid

I paid off my personal and received a paid up letter and confirmation via email that the balance on the account has been adjusted to zero. And yet my loan still is displayed as unpaid after nearly 5months...please rectify this ASAP.

Submit the information to the bureaus confirming that the account is paid up. I do not want to further escalate this complaint but I will if this isn't resolved.
