ABSA LOAN IS NOT WORTH IT, ITS LIKE LOAN SHARKS

I wanted to cancel my Insurance under Personal Loan with Absa Life contact centre but they referred me to the branch and I went to Sandton City 06 January 2015 and was Assisted by Alecia Rennie and still today it doesn't seem as if she did her Job, Call centre at Absa COntact Us Kabelo Modirwa confirmed its not cancelled on the 15th Jan, On the 18th Jan I was assisted at Benmore Absa by Thokozile Mcosana and she managed to get an authorization on the 19th Jan but she informed me that I would need to be debited before It can be cancelled, ABSA is not and cannot be that cheap. its R250 and I will not pay for it since I went there way before and it could have been cancelled all thanx to Alecia and her boss Malcom, they don't pick up the phone or they don't even reply to the emails. If someone should pay for this Blunder its them and not me and I will make sure that I am not deducted for it, ABSA Loan is like a money making scheme milking money from clients who are broke and not knowing you paying for high premiums of insurance when you supposed to be finishing off the loan, I have now paid 6000 in this insurance and I cant do anything about it. Please can this get sorted URGENTLY.
