Absa loan insurance unfair

I lost my job at the time I'm owing a personal loan. All that time I have been paying we until I wD unfairly dismissed on the 09th sep 2023.claiming the insurance to step in. I'm told no they cannot help because I was dismissed. The only do if retrenched or other. I believe being dismiss is also a loss of income. I need help as I'm extreamly struggling. The struggle is on.
