ABSA LOAN I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT

<p>I received a letter dated 28/04/2017 via Post from ABSA, thanking me for a loan that I took with them.the letter stated that an amount of R 2,800 will be deducted from my bank account on the 1 June 2017. The address, Standard bank details for debit,ID number is all mine. I am shocked and upset because I have never taken a loan with ABSa or approached the branch for a loan. I also have never opened a bank account with them. This is *****,Someone used my details without my consent.Please help,I don't know what to do.I tried calling their call center and I was directed to the Account department but that will be too late as monies will be deducted from my account **********ly</p> <p>..please help me</p>
