Absa Loan -( Higher Installment VS One been Refused to pay Less Installment)
am writing on be half of my father who is currently a took an early pension due injury at work, few months i want with him Makhado branch and we were send back to Elim were they refused him to lower his current installment that he has on the personal loan also please note that my father is not getting the same salary like before this poor old man when he get paid from the Government Absa loan deduct about 4000 and he would left with nothing to leave for the months please help him to reduce his installment to something affordable for him since the branches are refusing they say he must the required Installment

its almost a months since we spoken with regarding the above Query and i have not had any feedback either form you or the branches
i believe you have spoken to my father regarding this matter and since then we had no way forward please let me know what is happening

Am not happy at all this issue was never resolved and now absa went amd took my father whole salary how do you treat people speacial a loyal customer who has been with you for so many years. Am giving absa bank until 01 September 2022 10am south African time to reverse this the money they took from my father bank account or else the following would happen
1 i will report you to all body that govern the banks of South Africa
2 take this matter with my personal legal attorney
3 if i have to fight until the last court in the land i will do that for my father
I just feel that you taking an advantage of the fact that he can not speak for himself since he is old when he goes to the branches in Elim they send him to makhado then makhado send him back to Elim branch this unacceptable and rediculous how can you treat other human been like this
You got until 10am 01 September 2022 to sort out this mess

The problem here at hand is that the old man does not have money food since you deceide to took his whole salary yesterday he went to Elim branch and he was told to back home as they cant help him wht type of bank is this believe me if this was done to a different type of skin person your absa bank head ffice was gone be running arund like headless chicken,
am going to ask for the last time cmmunicate with your branch to reverse the amount as my father does not have money for food and need to pay for the muniicpality bills before they cut his services as well
inmeawhile i will ask him t get help to fill in the attchhment you sent on my email
