Absa loan

Very disappointed in absa app**** for a personal loan 2 January 2023.on the 3january2023.absa send us a message stating that the loan has been approved an the money will be paid in 48hours .today 5.Thursday 2023 it would have been 48hours so we phoned the loan department 3 times and the 3 call center agent's gave us different stories. So we went to a branch an there they told us it's still pending because they were still waiting for a rental agreement. We send it but still no response. My frustration is how can absa send us a message stating that the loan is approved. But giving us a runaround that's so rong I'm so disappointed first bank I've been banking with an never had this kind of problem with absa before I'm so disappointed!!! So unprofessional
