ABSA Loan Department Unreachable

Trying to reach ABSA telephonically since yesterday.

Can i please get someone to contact me urgently regarding my loan settlement.

I am trying to get through to ABSA my minutes have now run out as it keeps saying a mobile confirmation request has been sent to my device but i received absolutely nothing so i cant get through to an agent which is frustrating I tried twice now.

Through the call waiting for the SMS it says "We are waiting for your mobile confirmation request" repeatedly after each other over and over again.

Why is it a hassle to get through to ABSA telephonically?

It never used to be this way.

And now today again the same thing is happening then the line cuts.

Isobel called me yesterday as soon as I mailed for my CC statement balance. Why am I not receiving service from the loan department?
