Absa loan department

Applying for a loan at Absa according to them it takes 1 to 3 days. But on my case it is always between 4 to 7 days and I need to keep on calling just to be told that someone will call me back. What I picked up every time one needs to have R200 airtime just to call and make a follow up just to be told you need to wait.

I have been waiting and today it is a forth day and I have spend around R80 calling making a follow up cause I need the money ASAP. I knew I needed the money by Thursday hence I submitted my application on monday but till today I have not received a call from Absa and does not look like they care much about their client more especially if they need loan.

Take a phone and call Absa if you want to know how pathetic their service is when it comes to applying for any of their product.
