Absa likes to keep on charging pensioners

referring to C-***5 Absa how can you state that the case is closed but there is still unauthorized charges against my account we have also requested what must we do to cancel those whole unpleasant scenario Client bank relationship and trust is completely destroyed Surely if you can press a button to open this card you can close it just as easily We have not used it once and is not interested to do so PLEASE KINDLY CLOSE THIS CARD
