Absa Lifestyle disgusting service

I have received disgusting service at the Lifestyle branch in Centurion. I have tried to open a deceased estate account from the end of June and have been back 6 times so far. I have spent a total of 4 days sitting in their branch while they obfuscate and make excuses for their own ineptitude. To date I have still had no success. Do they want me to go down on my knees to give them money? Ernest Maladzhi has been friendly but totally useless. The supervisor has also not been able to help (only making suggestions, but not actually checking his work), and the branch manager (Ms Meintjies?) has shown very little interest in our dilemma. I would not recommend this branch, or ABSA to anyone again.
