Absa Lifestyle Center

This morning I woke up to get a notification that a debit order that went off on Friday had bounced even though there were enough funds when the debit order went off. I I then tried to log in to my online account to check what they issue might be, only to get a notice that my credentials were invalid. I then rushed into the branch nearest to my home where they've assisted me, luckily.

Then I tried to log in to the online account, and I couldn't (I'm in the process of moving accounts, so no big deal). I then deposited money from the ATM since I couldn't do it online, unfortunately, the money was deposited into the wrong account. When I got to work I noticed this mistake and went into to the other bank for assistance, they told me they couldn't do anything for me . I called the provider that I deposited the money into to refund me, they said they haven't received the money yet therefore Absa should be the one to do it but Absa says there's nothing they can do for me. So if no one would assist me, does that mean my money is now lost?
