ABSA LIFE VERY BAD SERVICE

Got quoted on a credit life policy and confirmed acceptance on this via mail. After 45 days, debit orders started going off even though no confirmation was received from ABSA and my existing policy was still in place due to no correspondence from ABSA. Spoke to them and they refuse to do a refund even after they confirmed that it was their mistake.
