Absa life service is bad, consultants are rude and they are ******

Absa consultants are ******.. There's a life insurance thts added on my absa bond installment.. I never took the insurance..I have called them 100 times to cancel the insurance but they it does not show on their records yet I am paying an extra R1300 since October.. A consultant called Nonkululeko at Absa life was rude and not willing to assist.. I can not be paying more than the agreed homeloan amount and no one knows where the money is going..NOBODY WANTS TO ASSIST..I just want them to exclude this amount from my bond installment butthey are refusing.
