Absa life racially profiling black client's

We are having an issue with absa life my mother inlaw went to submit a claim for her cousin which she covered under absa life because he passed away during the weekend after she submitted the claim she received an sms saying the claim was under audit this was not something that was discussed with her when she took the policy but as I've seen here on hello Peter it seems like it's their modus operandi targeted against black people in particular because all these complaints are from black people and I think I'll start a pertetion now for them to be canceled I might be small but we are tired of being racially profiled by these institutions so now we have to make other plans to bury our loved one because absa has decided not pay time and I'm taking this further to the ombudsman for insurance
