Absa life policy ******s worst bank in SA

ABSA LIFE In 2000 I took a bond and a 25 year MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH ABSA WHICH I PAID EVEN AFTER THE BOND WAS PAID UP! I am 72 going on 73 Absa firstly removed my ability to use my banking app and expects me to trot to redo the banking app which I cannot due to poor health and I sent an email they give a damn . Then I requested over two years now about my R70000 Money back life policy as I was told I would get R70000 out should I still be alive 25 years later!!!! Then upon many queries they gave me a low R24000 approx estimate via email on my surrender which I didn’t ask for but I had called and was told by a consultant that the R70000 will mature and be paid into my account when I fill out a form by the 1st of August why it takes so long who knows but since asking Absa emails two weeks later and says I need to send 3 months bank statements what for and a form and the best part I won’t be using the Absa account due to my app not working so I wanted the money to be put into my Nedbank account now what should I do?? What happened to my R70000 25 year money back life assurance ABSA YOURE CRUEL TO PENSIONERS AND YOU ARE ROBBING ME OF MONEY I NEED CAUSING ILL HEALTH TO Me!
