ABSA LIFE POLICY ANNOYED
Good day,
I have sent several request to cancel my life policy ,over 2months ago with absa, up till today i have still not received a call or reply from any of those request submitted.
The service is absolutely terrible when cancelling policies , but the moment you apply for something , the call center calls immediately.
Highly disappointed, as my bank account is still being debited for something i requested to be cancelled 2 months ago
