Dear Absa Life,

Your service is pathetically poor. I need documents from you. 5 x telephone calls, 3 x consultants. Nothing. No response. Pathetic. Really. Everytime you have to go through the whole process, listen to automated and irrelevant junk, and then you end up with an *********** call centre agent. PATHETIC!!
