Absa life - paid claim within a week after featuring on hellopeter

After my publication or complain on this platform two weeks ago, i was immediately contacted by a very friendly consultant from Absa (Basani). She indicated that she was going to assit me with the query and also indicated that it will take less than a week to be resolved. Basani was with me all step of the way with both the telephonic and email updates. Within a week my query was resolved, claim re-investigated and paid. That made me a happy client again, I even requested for them to reinstate the policies i cancelled because of their conduct. I would like to thank Basani and all role players for the prompt action and exellent outcomes. I am still an Absa client.
