ABSA life not to be trusted
ABSA life is giving me excuse after excuse when it is supposed to payout my brother's funeral cover claim. It has been more than tree days since I claimed and now they still giving me the same story that they will deposit tomorrow. Their 48HRS SLA is all a lie. My advice to anyone that wants a funeral cover, DO NOT GO FOR ABSA,this guys are a bunch of *********** people. I will surely move my policies and I will close my bank account with this bank. If you need them to pay, you should consider taking the body of the deceased to their premises.
