Absa life misrepresentation

Some years ago I approached absa bank in overport in durban for a will /estate planning. The lady consultant assisted us and I was always under the impression that the policy will cover the winding of estate etc. I am aware of the costs and hassles in this regard. I recently complained on hellopeter and received the policy and see its more a life policy covering even my kids who are now out of school. The will has never been reviewed in the last 10 years as well. What a waste of time and how can I report the conduct of this consultant and what recourse do I have.
