Absa Life Insurance is a ****

My name is Ellen I switched my absa bank funeral insurance to Capitec bank but my issue here is that the surname of one of my child is totally incorrect. I realized that it is a wrong surname after closing the policy at Absa. This is an inconvenience to me because my child will not be switched to Capitec funeral insurance since the wrong surname insinuate that it is a different person.

I contacted Absa regarding the issue but they say I won't be assisted due to the fact that my policy is closed but it is the agent who opened insurance that made a mistake not me. Absa is telling me I've been wasting my money paying for someone who does not exist. This is ***** because I wanted them to access the recording of my application for the Absa Life Insurance so that I can receive a policy schedule with the correct surname of my child but they refuse to listen to the recording so that they verify my claim. The service they provide is not good and unprofessional. Absa is a **** and they are robbing a single mother who doesn't afford because the cost of living is too high.
