ABSA Life insurance cancelled yet debit order continues. ABSA refuse to stop debit order.

ABSA Life insurance: I've been trying to get a hold of someone at ABSA Life without response. The ***number just keeps on playing a tune and saying that all consultants are busy. I've tried phoning for 3 straight days and wasted no less than 15 minutes per call. I cancelled my Life insurance yet the debit orders keeps going off and ABSA refuses to reverse the debit orders. The only way to stop this ***** now is to close my bank account with ABSA and move to another bank.
