Absa Life insurance

We took out a home loan at Absa in 2005 with life insurance they said would pay out the value of the loan amount by the end of the loan term. Now we discovered that it was a load of bulls***. We decided to end the policy and have the value pay out to us. Absa said it would take 10 to 15 working days. Well, today is 15 working days and we still don't have any money payed out. On the 23rd a lady called and promised the money would be in our account in 2 working days. Wow! Today is the 31st. Don't know how they count the days but it definitely is not 2 days in my calendar. I will definitely not advise anyone to do business with them. I'm going to move my account to a different bank in the new year.
