Absa Life Funeral Policy

On the 25th of June 2025, I wrote an email to Absa Life to cancel a funeral policy, as the debit order was scheduled for the 11th of July 2025. After speaking to someone telephonicly, told the person to cancel the policy, On the 11th of July 2025 the 1st debit order went off. How many emails must one send to cancel something you don't want, people listen but don't hear. What is so difficult to understand, that if you don't want something, you don't pay for it. Very bad service from Absa life funeral policy.
